This course provides the practitioner with tools for the clinical and forensic assessment of malingering. The Coin-in-Hand test, the Rey Fifteen Item test, the General Knowledge and Moral Reasoning Tests on Malingering, the Digital Memory Test, as well as the Test of Malingered Incompetence (TOMI) will be covered. These tests can be used as tools for general clinical assessment or as part of a forensic evaluation to assess response style in cases of Competence to Stand Trial. Upon completion of this comprehensive training, the practitioner will be qualified and capable to use, and have access to standardization/comparison data for, each of these tests. Participants will also be provided with interesting case descriptions to demonstrate the use of each of these techniques.
More cost-effective and time-efficient than attending an in-person workshop but covering the same content, this innovative live training is the first-of-its-kind.
